Who is this application for?
This application is for biblically grounded, Spirit-led individuals who feel called to walk with spouses and couples through marriage restoration, deliverance, inner healing, and covenant rebuilding.
Do I need to be a licensed counselor to apply?
No. We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds — including pastoral counselors, coaches, ministers, and therapists — as long as your theology, authority, and lifestyle align with the biblical standards we carry.
Do I need to be married to apply?
Not necessarily. However, at this time we are only accepting applications from those who are currently married. This is simply due to the specific needs of the couples we’re serving right now. We do expect to open opportunities in the future for those who are not married but feel called to this work.

How it Works
How long does the application take?
Plan for about 30 minutes to complete the application, including a short 3-minute video submission. Please don’t rush. We ask that you approach this prayerfully.
Can I continue my own practice while serving with Established Family?
Yes — as long as it doesn’t create confusion, conflict, or contradiction in theology, voice, or structure. We require clarity, integrity, and respect for our house standards.
What kind of commitment is expected if I'm approved?
We offer flexible coaching availability, but we ask that all coaches commit to the integrity of the work, ongoing training, and clear communication with our team and clients. We ask that you at minimum be available 3x days a week. Most start with 3-5 clients per week.

What happens after I apply?
Our team will prayerfully review your responses and video submission. Selected applicants will be contacted for a follow-up interview and possible next steps. Everyone who applies will receive a response.
What if I’m still healing from something in my own marriage or past?
We understand that many of the best leaders hold powerful testimonies. However, we are looking for applicants who are walking in active obedience and spiritual authority, not unresolved cycles or disorder.
